Animal Rescue Cumbria has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual to develop new and existing income streams for the Charity and lead on fundraising.

This is a new role at a senior level within the Charity.  You should be a self-starter, capable of working independently whilst coordinating with the efforts of existing teams.  You will have a successful background in income generation, from researching and identifying business opportunities, developing sound business cases, and project managing a business proposal through to a reality.  You will also have experience of successful Charity fundraising and the ability to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to maximise fundraising income.  You will work alongside the animal care and charity shop teams to understand and support existing stakeholder networks and relationships.
