Salary Details: £21,720 per annum

30 hours per week – based Morecambe, Barrow or Blackburn – will require occasional travel between sites.

• Relevant health, social care or third sector experience working with vulnerable people with a demonstrable ability to communicate with a wide range of people with lived experience of services.
• Experience of working with volunteers, including recruiting, and managing volunteers.
• Ability to motivate, support and encourage volunteers, with experience of supporting volunteers to develop skills and confidence, as well as engaging with an organisation’s mission.
