We are looking for an experienced Volunteer Coordinator to develop, maintain and grow a pool of dedicated volunteers and co-ordinate activities at The Studio Morland. The successful candidate will have a track record of volunteer management and experience in recruiting and developing volunteer teams. You will ensure sustainability of the group beyond its initial phase, identify and apply for funding and implement strategies for continued participation. For the right candidate there is flexibility in this post in terms of working, plus scope for development beyond the initial phase – please call to discuss.

The Studio Morland is an Arts&Wellness venue based in the beautiful Eden Valley in Morland. We run regular sessions, talks and workshops that cover a vast array of interests covering creative and health subjects. Our aims are to provide a safe space for creative exploration, inspire our communities and bring to a rural context excellence art and experiences that might normally not be readily available – bringing people together and reducing social isolation.
