30 hours per week – based Morecambe, Barrow or Blackburn – will require occasional travel between sites.

• Experience in coordinating and delivering training programmes, preferably within a charity setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including survivors of rape and sexual abuse, professionals, and volunteers.
