We are looking for experienced support workers to join our integrated support team to provide specialist practical and emotional support and

stabilisation work. The successful applicants will work in an inter-agency context and be required to take considerable responsibility around the

complexity of their case work and to work autonomously. Providing 1:1 support across Cumbria, also School based support and Peer mentoring

programmes in the West of Cumbria. You will be required to triage new referrals and carry out Initial Assessments.

JOB PURPOSE

These posts will be paid on an agreed self-employed daily rate. This specialist support role is to be responsible to the Chief Officer and the

Clinical leads. You must have experience of working with a very vulnerable client group, and working within a safeguarding and multi-agency

context. We will pay a daily rate of £105 per day (based on a 7-hour day an average of 4 to 5 client sessions and all admin, notes, outcome and

data management, paid at £15 per hour.)

Base: Our headquarters is based in Carlisle, but the post will also cover North & West Cumbria.
