Volunteers’ Week is an annual event and celebrates the fantastic contribution that millions of volunteers make across the UK. The week plays a huge part in raising the profile of these and other volunteers who regularly contribute to society, while inspiring others to get involved too. As part of Volunteers’ Week, Cumbria CVS is running Volunteering Fairs across Cumbria  to help local organisations recruit new volunteers. For full details see our Events section.

CVS Volunteer Twitter Hour – Celebrating Volunteering in Cumbria

On Tuesday 6 June 2017 from 8 – 9pm Cumbria CVS will lead a twitter hour on volunteering, bringing together Volunteer Managers Cumbria.
The hour will focus on Celebrating Volunteering in Cumbria – so please feel free to join in!
