We have ambitions to expand our programmatic activities across Cumbria and are seeking a Programmes Coordinator to help realise these plans. The role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic grant making programmes, building strong working relationships with delivery partners and demonstrating maximum impact. Ideally with previous project management and grant making experience (although not essential), the role will balance responsibilities including managing performance to ensure outcomes are being met, supporting peer learning between delivery partners and seeking to ensure that lessons and experience across our programmes are maximised.
