The Northern Fells Group is a rural community development charity. We are a busy team with a wide variety of services and activities delivered by staff and volunteers.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a can-do attitude and approach to join our team.

You must have energy, enthusiasm, compassion, creativity, and a passion for developing needs led services.

You also must be self-reflective and open to ideas and learning.
