Manna House is a Kendal-based Charity offering advice, advocacy and a drop-in support centre for those who are homeless, vulnerably housed, lonely or needing help.

Could you join our energetic professional team preventing homelessness in the South Lakes area?  The successful candidate will be patient, compassionate and resourceful with great interpersonal and communication skills. They will provide both practical client support and benefits advice to our clients, according to their individual needs.

Working under pressure, as part of a team and on your own initiative is essential, as is demonstrating an understanding of the needs of our complex clients.

Relevant experience and/or qualification to NVQ 3 or above is preferred.
