We are seeking to recruit an innovative Deputy Operations Manager to assist us to drive forward our varied support provision for adults with learning disabilities across Cumbria.
You will…
- To lead and develop our supported living opportunities undertaking full assessments and package development for all new provision.
- Be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality and innovative support and the smooth running of all provision working in partnership with the Operations Manager deputising for them in their absence.
- Already have extensive sector experience, with a specialism in working with people who have learning disabilities.
- Have positive values and a willingness to learn and develop in your role.
- A relevant qualification in social care/ social work / learning disability (Level 5) or willingness to work towards.
