SOUTH CUMBRIA NHS area – NEW Mental Health Partnerships Workshops delivered by the third sector for the sector – Workshop 2 – Funding, commissioning & grants

An exciting series of workshops in January February & March 2025 open to all third sector organisations delivering services for and in support of mental health and mental wellbeing in South Cumbria.

All the workshops will be delivered by our sector for our sector.

All the sessions are fully interactive and will aim to develop ideas and actions to improve:

• our connections with statutory partners who deliver mental health services
• the flow of information about all things mental health
• and increase our voice in local and regional conversations about mental health services
• our knowledge of local mental health services

Workshop 2     Funding, commissioning & grants

Wednesday 12^th February 2025

9.30am to 2.30pm (including a FREE lunch)

Ulverston (venue to be confirmed)

A fully interactive session open to all third sector organisations delivering services for and in support of mental health and mental wellbeing in South Cumbria.

This Workshop will help us better understand:

• what information we need to know about NHS funding sources and processes
• what is currently working well in terms of NHS funding, commissioning and grants for mental health and mental wellbeing
• what we need to do and the conversations we need to have to improve access to funding, commissioning and grant making

The workshop will be supported by Charlotte Pace as independent facilitator
