A great response was received to the Third Sector Trend study December 2016 and now the data is being cleaned up and merged in order to enable it to be analysed.
The first stage is to look at the ‘big picture’ for the whole of the North to get a good sense of what the main findings are with initial Northern England wide results being presented in late March; followed by reports per region in May.
Thereafter, the data will be examined in other ways (such as urban and rural areas, different beneficiary groups, specific issues such as infrastructure support, volunteering, routes to grant funding) and all findings will be circulated once available.
