Therapy Coordinator

We are looking for a caring, compassionate multitasker to join our Therapy Coordination Team. TCT are the first port of call for people who have been affected by cancer and bereavement and are seeking holistic support.

No two days will be the same but a typical one could see you:

• Responding to enquiries and providing information on all aspects of CancerCare services by phone, email and in person.
• Gathering initial referral information to assess the appropriateness of our services.
• Booking assessment appointments and allocating clients to the appropriate therapy, ensuring the client’s needs are always at the heart of our decision making.
• Liaising with therapists across all four of the charity’s centres in order to provide the appropriate therapy to our clients as quickly as possible.
