We are recruiting an individual to join our new Operations team as Senior Manager, District (North). You will work across the Carlisle and Eden districts supporting the delivery of core services to local communities (including funding, governance and volunteering); work in close partnership with private and public sectors to develop and deliver (new and existing) collaborative projects; and support local initiatives that make a difference to these local areas.

We are especially looking for self motivated individuals who are experienced in partnership working, coalition building, networking and delivering real place-based change.
