An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new role within our senior management team. We are recruiting for:

Operations Manager

 37 Hours per week (negotiable- minimum 30 hours per week)

Salary: £37,467- £43,899 (FTE) (depending on experience)

Hybrid flexible working culture with office and home working. Expectation of two days per week in the office, with one of those days in our Shaddongate office in Carlisle.

You could be our next Operations Manager!

Cumbria CVS are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual with strong communication skills to join our Senior Management Team.

You’d be responsible for managing many of our outward facing services and projects, which support local voluntary and community groups across Cumbria, as well as developing our future funding opportunities.
