CONTRACT: Initial 2 year contract
HOURS: 18.5 hours per week
LOCATION: Cumberland (West Cumbria)
RESPONSIBLE TO: Development Manager
PURPOSE OF JOB: The Marketing Co-ordinator will lead and co-ordinate the marketing of Carer Support West Cumbria and all projects delivered by the organisation working closely with the Development Manager and the Data and Communications Officer.

DUTIES:
 Leading on the development of publicity, promotional and training materials (including website and social media) required to raise awareness of Carer Support West Cumbria and its services to professionals and the general public
 Supporting the Development Manager in creating a marketing strategy to successfully promote existing and new opportunities and co-ordinate delivery of specific marketing activities
 Working closely with the Data and Communications Officer to develop content for Carer Support West Cumbria’s website and social media platforms to actively market existing services and any new services that are developed in the future
 Leading on all enquiries relating to the marketing of the organisation and its services
 Supporting all projects to ensure consistent quality marketing campaigns across Carer Support West Cumbria
 Producing marketing reports as requested by the Chief Operating Officer/ Development Manager
 Supporting the Development Manager and Chief Operating Officer in attending events or meetings as required to promote Carer Support West Cumbria and its services and co-ordinating targeted marketing material to support events
 Possess a strong understanding of Carer Support West Cumbria’s objectives, its services and products, the other organisations working in the same and related areas and the wider sector
 Undertake any training identified as required for the role
 Comply with all of Carer Support West Cumbria Policies and Procedures
 Carry out any other relevant duties as required by this post
