We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager

The hours: 22.5 hours per week, to be worked flexibly dependent upon business need

The salary: £27,000 per annum, pro rata

We are seeking to recruit a Learning and Development Manager who will be responsible for the design co-ordination and successful implementation of all learning and development programmes throughout the organisation across all relevant stakeholder groups

A core element of this role will be to design, implement and monitor a high-quality programme of learning and continuing professional development for all staff in accordance with organisational, national and legislative requirements. It will also include direct training delivery and the ability to write reports capturing both qualitative and quantitative data.

You will already have experience in a learning and development role. and be self-motivated, have the ability to work as part of a team and also on own initiative and have good planning and organisational skills with high levels of flexibility in your approach.
