The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join our senior team. This is a key leadership role within the organisation, supporting the Operations Manager and providing direct oversight and guidance to our Service Managers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the day to day operations of multiple care services
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop service managers and frontline teams
- Drive, continuous improvement in support delivery, occupancy, and outcomes
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve KPIs
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, and families
- Champion a culture of person-centred care and staff wellbeing
What Weβre Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the care sector
- Proven experience managing people and leading teams
- A management qualification (e.g. ILM, NVQ in Management)
- Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
- Strong knowledge of care sector regulatory bodies and compliance standards
- A commitment to continuous improvement and values-led leadership
