Volunteer Manager Coffee and Chat online Via Zoom

This is a fantastic opportunity for Volunteer Managers or anyone responsible for managing volunteers to come together with other Volunteer Managers in Cumbria.

At the next Volunteer Manager Coffee Chat Network Meeting, Volunteer Managers can find out more about:

The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service (QAVS) & Honours Nominations (eg OBEs,MBEs and BEMs). You will understand more about the nomination process, criteria, time-table for nomination and awards along with identifying potential candidates.

The Centre for Leadership Performance (CfLP) is a not-for-profit organisation will also be attending to:

•  Give an introduction to the  work that the CfLP delivers throughout a person’s leadership journey   from primary school, via the Primary Business Partnership, through to bespoke leadership development training;
• Give an overview of the Bright Stars programme and the funding  received from the Cumbria Community Foundation to enable more schools to be supported by the third sector through this fantastic programme; and,
• Let you know how, as third sector organisations/volunteers, you can help raise the aspirations of young Cumbrians by supporting Bright Stars and some of the Centres other programmes of work.

Come together , learn more and network  with other Volunteer Managers in Cumbria.
