Topic: Training and qualifications for volunteers and Volunteer Managers

This session will look at current training opportunities and qualifications for volunteers and Volunteer Managers. We will look at the range of courses available and look at how organisations can deliver training to volunteers safely during Covid-19. We will highlight a range of digital training tools that you could use as part of delivering training or alternative ways of accessing online training available. All Volunteer Managers have had to adapt in ways of delivering training to volunteers during Covid-19 so we will learn from each other as to different ways of delivering training virtually.  Come together and meet other Volunteer Managers in Cumbria to explore and share ideas on volunteer training in 2021.
