It will explore multiple needs, mental health & homelessness issues in Cumbria, from both a national and local perspective using a range of speakers and discussion group/networking sessions.

The session will increase awareness of dementia, specifically looking at:
- Understanding dementia
- Understanding how dementia can effect an individual
- Living with dementia
- Common difficulties and how to help
- The Dementia Friends initiative
