This course is suitable for all ages and covers a range of Emergency Life Support Skills (ELS) including:
- dealing with an unconscious casualty
- cardiac arrest
- suspected heart attack
- choking
- serious bleeding
- familiarisation with a defibrillator
Trainer: Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service

* A £10 cancellation fee will apply if a place is cancelled within one week of the training and/or for non attendance.
