Connect the Connectors Eden

A networking event and workshop for link workers, social prescribers and any other people who are the first point of contact for those seeking support with their wellbeing. You will find out more about the services on offer in the Eden area and work through some case studies/scenarios to understand better the right routes to help for people.

This event is a collaboration between the Wellbeing Service which is based in GP practices in Eden, the council Health and Wellbeing Coach team and Cumbria CVS.

A free buffet lunch will be served at 1pm.
