Community First Aid

This short Community First Aid course will provide basic first aid knowledge on the following areas:

  • Principles of emergency aid
  • Basic Life Support (CPR)
  • Recognition and control of bleeding
  • Choking and unconsciousness
  • Treatment of burns and scalds

This session will be followed by an Adult Mental Health First Aid session (1.30pm – 4.30pm)
