Cumbria CVS is hosting a Get on Board and Become a Volunteer Trustee Virtual Volunteer Trustee Recruitment Session on Thursday 7 November 2024 from 6.30pm-8pm online via zoom. This event is part of Trustees’ Week 2024 and aimed at anyone who may be interested in becoming a trustee but would like to know more.
By attending the event potential new trustees will find out more about what a trustee and board member is, the roles and responsibilities of trustees, skills and qualities needed to be a trustee, the range of trustee volunteering opportunities available, when and where volunteers are needed, training and support provided and how individuals can register and apply to become a Volunteer Trustee. Organisations looking to recruit volunteers will also be attending.
