Carlisle Rural Link and Think: Isolation and Loneliness

A networking and collaborative event aimed at link workers (social prescribers, care-coordinators, carer support coordinators, health and wellbeing coaches for example) and VCFSE (Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise) organisations in the Carlisle Rural/Brampton and Longtown area.
The event will be hosted at Heathlands by the Laurie Brewis Trust and Cumbria CVS, with opportunities to look round the fantastic facilities and day services at Heathlands. Attendees will learn more about the activities and services available in the area, with a focus on those which tackle loneliness and isolation.

You will also be encouraged to think creatively and collaboratively about what more could be done to support people to connect with others in a meaningful way. Refreshments and baked goods will be provided.
