Join the next Volunteer Managers Network meeting to discuss Recruiting Volunteers and the current challenges recruiting and retaining volunteers. 

There will also be an update on the NCVO 2021 Voluntary Sector Research findings nationally and an opportunity to review these trends here in Cumbria.

There will also be an opportunity to feed in your ideas for the Cumbria Volunteer Manager Development Plan for future learning, information sharing and training for 2022 so Cumbria CVS can look at how we can best support the Volunteer Manager Network in Cumbria.

This is a fantastic opportunity to review and reflect on your volunteering statistical data and share feedback, ideas and good practice in volunteer management between different Volunteer Managers in Cumbria.
