Understanding Sustainable Leadership

Do you want to find out more about sustainable leadership? Then come along to this introductory workshop to learn more. This training is available to groups operating in Allerdale and Copeland.

In this introduction to sustainable leadership workshop participants will:

• Explore what sustainable leadership is, and why it matters
• Explore and discuss common sustainable leadership challenges and paradoxes (something that seems contradictory or absurd)
• Identify practices that support sustainable leadership

• Improve leadership capacity, resilience and diversity
• Increase ability to focus, delegate, empower and build capacity in your teams
• Broaden understanding of leadership
• Improve organisational sustainability
