The mental health first aid course is for those:
- Wanting to become more self-aware about their own mental health
- Looking to gain a basic awareness of mental health illnesses
- Individuals who would like to help themselves and others around them.
It is part of Community Resilience Training – funded by the National Lottery Community Fund as part of the Rebuilding Together project.
In the morning, join us for training on Community First Aid (9.30am – 12.30pm).
