Mid and South Copeland Development Officers

Gareth Cavanagh is our Development Officer for Mid Copeland covering the area of Gosforth electoral Ward and Beresford Moyle Rosser is the Development Officer for South Copeland based in Millom and reaching out to Drigg and across to Eskdale Green.

Gareth works two days a week serving the interests of Mid Copeland and an additional two days supporting South Copeland in providing training, strengthening the voluntary sector and assisting in finding volunteers for voluntary groups. Beresford works three days a week in South Copeland assisting with grants, governance and voluntary group sustainability.

The Development Officer posts have been made possible following awards of funding from South Copeland GDF Community Partnership’s Community Investment Fund, and Mid Copeland GDF Community Partnership’s Community Investment Fund.
