Anti Racist Cumbria are recruiting for a Youth Project Lead!

Reporting to: CEO

Responsible for: Development and Delivery of youth work provision

Location: Cumbria wide (and WFH, ARC HQ, Flexible)

Position: Full time

Main duties and responsibilities will be meeting and connecting with lots of young people to create anti-racist projects with them, securing lower level funding pots for projects and then working with and managing a team of youth workers to deliver this work. While direct delivery will play a big part of what you do in the early days especially; your job is mainly to build and coordinate projects. This work is with and for young people, so project sessions will naturally take place during evenings, possibly at weekends, during school holidays and may occasionally include residential work, in a variety of settings.
