Due to the review of this Executive role within the business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Financial Accountant/ leader with a strong community focus and sound business acumen to work with us to continue to grow the Association sustainably. Rooted in and growing from our community base of 188 properties to house steel workers, the Association has grown to approximately 640 properties/ homes centred around Workington and surrounding areas. We are seeking a team player, who will provide support to the CEO/ Board and contribute to the Executive Leadership Team. Ideally a person from the housing, public sector or charitable background, with a breadth of knowledge and experience to include IT, procurement, risk management and business planning, but we are happy to consider applicants with other relevant sector experience.
