Online Presence Basics for Furness Charities

This online training helps to equip people with limited time and technical know-how with basic tools to be confident about establishing and maintaining a digital presence for their organisation.
- Understand the basics of a digital presence and why it matters for small charities, in terms of trust, visibility and community engagement.
- Learn to identify the key parts of a healthy digital presence, including up-to-date contact details, consistent messaging, and basic online discoverability.
- Take away essential tips and the confidence to improve your online visibility and community engagement.
