Do you plan to apply for funding for your next big project? Being able to write a strong funding bid is vital to help you achieve your aims in the voluntary and community sector.
Barrow Funding Fair Post Event Reflection Workshop
Date: Tuesday 11th February 2025
Time: 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
A 2.5 hour online facilitated reflection and consolidation workshop where participants will finalise their funding bid application based on the work done in the first workshop and feedback received during the Funding Fair. This will also be an opportunity to get some further peer support and extra funding bid hints and tips from CVS facilitators. The workshop allows you to deepen your thinking about the project narrative. By the end of this session participants should have a finalised draft of a funding bid narrative. You can complete your project bid with a Budget Writing Skills for Fundraisers of Charities & Community Groups 1 hour workshop on 29th January (click on link below)
University of Cumbria – Student Volunteering Fair

This Student Volunteering Fair, hosted by the University of Cumbria in partnership with Cumbria CVS aims to attract students interested in finding out more about becoming a volunteer and local volunteering opportunities.
We are inviting organisations to book on to this event to have a stall at the Volunteering Fair. Organisations are invited to the set up of tables from 11.30am. This event is part of Student Volunteering Week.
