Following feedback from the Vision for Volunteering to help organisations to recruit volunteers, Cumbria CVS is launched a new Cumbria Volunteer Brokerage CRM through Team Kinetic.  This meeting will introduce this brand new volunteer management software that works to build better communities through volunteering, events and local activities to raise the profile of volunteering  in Cumbria and to help to grow, nurture and develop our volunteer workforce throughout Cumbria. The software will enable organisations to register their volunteering opportunities online and to keep your volunteering opportunities up to date. Volunteers can also self-register online, creating volunteer profiles and apply directly to your organisation when they search for local volunteering opportunities.  The new online database aims to enable organisations to advertise volunteering opportunities, attract more volunteers, and sign volunteers up quickly and effectively. Through this new Cumbria Volunteering CRM we can also email and communicate with volunteers instantly as well as reward and motivate  volunteers with instant feedback, achievement badges, and personalised thank you messages. Furthermore, we can measure the impact with real-time reports on all aspects of our volunteer programmes including volunteer hours.

This session will also look at recognising and valuing volunteers, including ways to give back to volunteers and show gratitude, which the new Volunteering CRM can support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to find out more, network, share ideas and good practice in volunteer management between different Volunteer Managers in Cumbria.
