Due to changes in individuals circumstances we are looking for 3 NEW representatives to work as part of Collaborative Leadership Teams in Integrated Care Communities (ICCs) across North Cumbria.

• Carlisle Urban ICC x 1
• Eden ICC x 1
• Workington ICC x1

You will join a Team of 13 others and will represent the third sector in a key part of our local approach to planning, developing and delivering integrated health and care services.

This is an exciting time to become a ICC Third Sector Representative as there are significant new developments in relation to Neighbourhood Health and Neighbourhood Health Centres starting to develop. This role will give you an opportunity to be a part of planning and developing Neighbourhood Health in North Cumbria.

Are you:

• A powerful ambassador for all the great health and care services the third sector delivers in North Cumbria and knowledgeable about the organisations that deliver them.
• Skilled at describing and delivering the third sector’s core skills of innovation, flexibility, working at pace, reach into disadvantaged communities?
• Skilled at leading change, partnership and innovation?
• Interested in working across all sectors and with local communities to plan, develop and deliver local integrated health and care services?
