The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join our senior team. This is a key leadership role within the organisation, supporting the Operations Manager and providing direct oversight and guidance to our Service Managers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the day to day operations of multiple care services
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
  • Lead, motivate, and develop service managers and frontline teams
  • Drive, continuous improvement in support delivery, occupancy, and outcomes
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, and families
  • Champion a culture of person-centred care and staff wellbeing

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the care sector
  • Proven experience managing people and leading teams
  • A management qualification (e.g. ILM, NVQ in Management)
  • Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
  • Strong knowledge of care sector regulatory bodies and compliance standards
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and values-led leadership
