Cumbria Youth Alliance are seeking to appoint an Data Analyst. This key role will be pivotal to the successful delivery, monitoring, evolution, and evaluation of an impact pilot study delivered by Cumbria Youth Alliance in partnership with the DWP and Youth Futures Foundation as part of the governments What Works strategy.

Forging Futures project

Funded by the Youth Futures Foundation you will be primarily responsible for the day to day monitoring, development and updating of data capture and reporting processes. Working closely with appointed external evaluators and the evidence and evaluation team at Youth Futures Foundation to refine a reporting stricture. Tracking data input to ensure reporting is robust and aligns with the requirements of the study. Highlighting any gaps or errors, keeping delivery staff and managers informed regarding developmental changes to processes. Generating and circulating Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports. In addition to more bespoke requests. Analyse performance and compliance reports to ensure data capture is truly reflective and is in line with individual, funder requirements and KPIs. Feedback to managers and the delivery team to ensure key milestones are met to ensure contact reporting and ongoing assessments are as up to date as possible.

You will deliver training to new members of the Forging Futures delivery team, alongside regular refresher sessions to ensure effective use of the management information system.

Provide assistance to the youth teams and work coaches within the local JCPs to address potential reporting issues in a timely manner as they arise.
