Are you curious about what “social impact” really means — and how it differs from “social value”? This introductory, interactive session is designed for anyone working in the VCFSE sector who wants to build confidence in measuring and communicating the difference they make. 

We’ll explore the fundamentals of social value and social impact, unpack key concepts, and introduce practical tools such as Theory of Change and Impact Mapping to help you plan and evidence your work. Whether you’re new to impact measurement or looking to refresh your approach, this session will give you a solid foundation. 

The session will include:

  • A clear breakdown of social value vs social impact
  • Practical guidance on using Theory of Change and Impact Mapping
  • Interactive exercises to apply what you learn
  • A live Q&A with an expert in impact evaluation
