Do you want to develop a better understanding of them?
Do you want to develop more relevant supporter communications?
This 1-hour workshop will help you develop ‘personas’ that will help you understand the needs and expectations of your supporters and communicate with them more effectively.
Developing ‘personas’ can help you develop a much fuller picture of your supporters. This includes better understanding their needs and expectations as well as considering their likes and dislikes.
The more you can apply your understanding of them, the more effectively you can communicate with them.
Working with a ‘persona’ template this session will help you to:
- Identify the information you already have, where the gaps are and how to fill them
- Build a ‘persona’ for a key supporter audience or type
- Use the persona to develop more effective communications
This is a 1-hour workshop, commissioned by the This is Us project, which is funded by Westmorland and Furness Council and UK Government and delivered by Directory of Social Change (DSC). It is designed for small charities and voluntary community groups delivering services in Westmorland and Furness only.
