If you are a link worker (health and wellbeing coach, social prescriber, carer support worker, family support worker etc) you will find out more about organisations and services which might benefit the people you support.

If you are a third sector organisation you will be able to raise awareness of the work you do with a variety of organisations, including the council and GP-based staff.
