Come along and try out some volunteering at the Oxfam Volunteer Taster Day such as helping with incoming donations, serving customers at the till, and listing items for sale online and how the online platform works. Meet our local Shop Manager and volunteers and see how your time can make a difference!
At Oxfam we have many roles available from Shop Floor, on the till and greeting and serving customers, re-stocking the shop floor, accepting donations, and signing up customers to our Gift Aid Scheme.
Sorting and pricing donated goods and displaying on the shop floor, to merchandising the shop windows and shop floor.
Listing and photographing donated items for sale online on our easy-to-use platform. Or just being a jack of all trades helping all around the shop.
Our Carlisle Shop is a Books and Music Shop.
