Trustee Network (Management Committee)

The Trustee Network brings together trustees & directors from different organisations to share experience, good practice, ideas and offer peer support.

At this network, John Holland will be sharing with you his expertise of being a trustee and will answer your questions. John is a highly experienced trustee and is currently the chair of Highlights Rural Touring, Carlisle & District Talking Newspapers, and Brampton Players (a local amdram group). He was also the chair of the Third Sector Network Executive for five years. His background is in commercial banking.

The Trustee Network will also look at sharing skills and knowledge between trustees, along with the best way of offering peer support between trustees in Cumbria.

The network will enable Cumbria CVS to gain valuable insight into the sector and help identify gaps, issues and future learning and development needs of trustees & directors.

At the Network you will get to meet your local CVS District Manager (Ali Greenhalgh (South), Bridget Johns (West) and Niall McNulty (North)) and County Volunteer Manager (Judith Smale).
