Bedrock Basics Project is delighted to offer you and your organisation the opportunity to take part in “Personal Leadership in Non-Profit Organisations” development course.

Are you a leader* in a non-profit organisation that is delivering services in / to / for people and communities in west Cumbria? * A leader may be the manager of an organisation but may also be in other roles with the ability to influence change within the organisation.

Safeguarding Adults at Risk Training for Managers

This course will explore the roles and responsibilities of managers in terms of safeguarding adults at risk.

This course will explore the key changes within safeguarding as part of the Care Act. The participant will be encouraged to identify where the challenges are and seek solutions towards implementation in practice.

An opportunity to meet Beresford Moyle Rosser, Development Officer for Cumbria CVS based in Millom and covering the South Copeland area. If you are an organisation or local voluntary group and are needing advice on obtaining grants or funds to help your cause or are looking for volunteers or trustees to join your group then Beresford might be able to help you.
