Living Matters – Suicide Alertness
This session will help you to understand some of the reasons people may consider suicide; and help you to talk openly and honestly about it. It will look at:
- Understanding our own attitudes and social taboos
- Looking out for signs of suicidal tendency
- Being able to ask direct questions about intent
- Identifying and using appropriate pathways for suicide prevention and intervention
