Free Introduction to Nonviolent Communication training
Are you passionate about fostering understanding and empathy in your work with communities or your workplace?
Join our free ‘Introduction to NVC’ training – a unique, first ever, NVC training opportunity in Cumbria.
23 February, 1.00pm – 4.30pm, at Signal Film and Media Cooke’s Studios, 104 Abbey Road, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, LA14 5QR.
Learning Nonviolent Communication oils relationships between people, making it much easier to get along, make things happen and smooth the ride. We all mess up our communication sometimes, and we’ve been doing it for so long we think that’s just the way it is… but it can be much better!
Compassionate conversations hold immense power to transform lives by building deeper connections and enhancing empathy. NVC is a method/approach to communication developed by psychologists applicable to both personal and professional life.
This training will help you:
- Experience more enriching relationships
- Be better in community outreach
- Resolve conflicts
- Listen with compassion
- Express yourself fully
- Build deeper, meaningful connections
Please sign up by 20th February by emailing gabriela.lipska@cumbriacvs.org.uk
This training is Funded by the Furness For You project.
