Health Inequalities – How can Social Prescribing meet the challenge?

The morning will explore the key role of social prescribing in tackling health inequalities in North Cumbria, whilst the afternoon session will comprise workshops offering practical ways link workers can help break down barriers for people accessing community-based support.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to network with colleagues from across the area and from different disciplines.
