Over the last few years, it has become increasingly difficult for new community groups to open bank accounts.

The problem became even worse during the pandemic. Our District Manager (West), Bridget Johns, recently helped a group (Silent Footprints) to find a bank that would accept a newly constituted group.

The Bank Of Scotland’s Treasurer’s Account is suitable for small groups (income below £50,000).
