Thanks to a successful application to the Bedrock programme via Cumbria Community Foundation, we are now recruiting for an Operations Manager. 2 year contract with an extension subject to funding.
This exciting opportunity is a completely new role, with opportunities to innovate and develop the vital service and support that Citizens Advice Allerdale provides to the people who need us. We know that our local, independent charity is facing more demand now than ever before; so, our decision to invest in this role reflects our strategy to develop our future sustainability as an organisation.
Working closely with the Chief Officer, this role will ensure the smooth day to day running of all our advice services; bringing together our volunteer led generalist service and specialist advice services areas of energy, housing, money advice and welfare benefits.

Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £32,020 – £34,723 depending on experience
Fixed term for two years, extension subject to funding
Location: Workington with some possibility for hybrid working
