Salary Details: £27,740 - £30,000 pro rata, dependant on experience

Growing Well are seeking an experienced grower with excellent horticultural and interpersonal skills to work alongside our existing team in leading field-based activities for our beneficiaries at our Tebay site.

You’ll support adults experiencing mental ill health through hands-on horticultural activities, helping them build skills and confidence towards recovery within a thriving growing enterprise.

Working as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver growing activities, track progress, and help maintain a safe, productive site.

We’re looking for a collaborative, organised and values-driven person who can foster an inclusive, supportive environment while contributing to the day-to-day running of Growing Well at Tebay Services.
